※재료

다시물(다시마) ··············1/4컵
녹말 ··································1 Ts

콩살들이(콩햄) ····························100g
버섯말이 ························100g
포도씨유유 ····························3Ts
생강 ································조금

[요리법]

1. 양파, 양배추, 당근, 콩햄을 손톱 크기로 깍둑썰기 한다.

2. 뜨겁게 달군 팬에 생강을 넣고 짜장과 ①의 재료를 재빨리 센불에 볶아 다시물 1/4컵을 넣고 살짝 끓인다.

3. 녹말을 물에 개어 ②의 재료에 한술씩 부어 농도를 맞춘다.

4. 삶은 국수를 재빨리 찬물에 행궈 소쿠리에 건져, 접시에담고 ③의 재료를 얹어낸다.
